Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated General Production Associate for 1st and 2nd shift at a client's facility in Nevada. The role focuses on building, organizing, and preparing pallets with finished products while adhering to high accuracy, safety, and quality standards. This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing error-free work and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Build pallets according to product specifications, customer requirements, and order sheets.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and correct labeling before palletizing.
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment following safety and stability guidelines.
- Verify counts, lot numbers, and product placement to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
- Report any product discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues to leadership.
- Support general production duties as assigned (e.g., staging materials, moving product, assisting with line activities).
Qualifications
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets, labels, and production paperwork.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Previous machine operation experience is desired and helpful for related production tasks.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Benefits
The role offers competitive pay with a maximum of $17.00 per hour.

Education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
